My PC won't boot up - has it got a virus?
Probably not. Most start-up problems are caused by either a hardware fault (including hard disk errors) or operating system corruption. PC Health Checks can diagnose any hardware problems and advise on the cost-effectiveness of repair (we can also carry out the repair if requested), or correct any Windows problems. If the problem is being caused by a virus or other malicious software, we can of course fix that too!
